Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal

At PoliPrep, we want you to understand clearly when you can cancel a purchase and request a refund.

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of PoliPrep cohort courses and standalone simulation products made by consumers through the PoliPrep website.

Your statutory consumer rights under applicable Italian and European law always apply. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.

The withdrawal period normally begins on the day the contract is concluded.

You do not need to provide a reason for exercising the right of withdrawal.

Please include your name, the email address associated with your PoliPrep account, and your order number where available.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided by applicable consumer legislation, but you are not required to use a specific form as long as your communication clearly states your decision to withdraw.

PoliPrep provides digital educational content, including recorded lessons, digital learning materials, mock examinations, simulations and, depending on the product purchased, access to online course services and live sessions.

Where applicable law permits the withdrawal right to be excluded for the immediate supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, this requires the legally required express consent and acknowledgement from the consumer before or at the beginning of the supply.

Accordingly, where you request immediate access to digital content and provide the required consent and acknowledgement, the statutory right of withdrawal may cease once the conditions established by applicable law have been satisfied.

The specific legal treatment may depend on the nature of the product and how the service or digital content is supplied.

A cohort course may include: recorded lessons and other digital course materials; live online teaching sessions; mock examinations and exercises; course-related community or support access;; other digital educational services described on the applicable course page.

If you exercise a statutory right of withdrawal before the legally relevant conditions for an applicable exception have been satisfied, PoliPrep will process the withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.

Where the applicable legal requirements for the digital-content exception have been satisfied, the withdrawal right may no longer apply to the relevant digital content.

Accessing a course does not, by itself, override mandatory consumer rights. The legal effect of access depends on the product, the form of supply, the consent provided at checkout, and the requirements of applicable law.

The same statutory consumer protections apply to PoliPrep simulation products, subject to the nature of the product and applicable legal exceptions.

A simulation product may provide immediate access to digital tests and related digital content.

Where the legally required conditions for an applicable digital-content exception have been satisfied, the statutory withdrawal right may cease once supply of the relevant digital content has begun.

For operational purposes, PoliPrep may record when a simulation is opened or attempted. This information may be used to establish when digital content was first made available or accessed.

If PoliPrep cancels a cohort before the course begins and cannot provide the course as agreed, enrolled students will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that course.

Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days from the date on which PoliPrep confirms the cancellation and the student's entitlement to a refund.

This does not affect any additional rights that consumers may have under applicable law.

Where a refund is due, PoliPrep will normally issue it using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the consumer or another method is required or permitted by law.

We aim to process approved refunds promptly. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.

PoliPrep does not charge an administrative fee for processing a refund that is legally due.

Where applicable law permits deductions or requires the consumer to bear specific costs, those rules will apply.

We aim to respond to requests within 2 business days.

This policy describes PoliPrep's standard refund procedures but does not replace mandatory consumer protection legislation.

If a provision of this policy conflicts with a mandatory provision of applicable law, the mandatory legal provision will prevail.

For consumers in Italy, applicable consumer protection rules include the provisions of the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo) and applicable European Union legislation.
