PoliPrep operates an online educational platform providing digital educational and preparation services.
Depending on the products and services available at the relevant time, PoliPrep may provide: preparation courses for Italian university admission examinations, including TOLC-I, CEnT-S and ARCHED; university subject preparation courses; language and standardized-test preparation; digital simulations and practice examinations; recorded educational materials; live educational sessions; exercises and other study resources;; related educational support and community services.
The specific content, features, availability, pricing, access period, and conditions of each product are described on the relevant product or checkout page.
Not all services listed above are necessarily available at all times.
4. Applicable Legal Framework
PoliPrep's activities may be subject to, among other applicable rules: Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, No. 70 on electronic commerce and information society services; Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, No. 206 (Italian Consumer Code), where applicable; Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR); Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, No. 196, as amended, including by Legislative Decree 10 August 2018, No. 101; Legislative Decree 21 February 2014, No. 21, implementing the EU consumer-rights rules on distance and off-premises contracts, as subsequently amended;; other mandatory Italian and European laws applicable to the Services.
This Legal Notice does not replace the more specific information contained in the PoliPrep Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, or Refund Policy.
5. Consumer Disputes and Jurisdiction
Consumers benefit from the mandatory protections provided by applicable consumer law.
For consumer disputes falling within the scope of the Italian Consumer Code, mandatory rules concerning territorial jurisdiction apply. In particular, where the statutory conditions are met, the competent court is generally the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile in Italy.
Nothing in this Legal Notice or in the PoliPrep Terms of Service is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory rights concerning jurisdiction or other consumer protections.
For disputes involving users acting in a business or professional capacity, the jurisdiction provisions contained in the applicable agreement may apply, subject to mandatory law.
6. Alternative Dispute Resolution
PoliPrep encourages consumers to contact us directly first so that complaints can be reviewed and addressed where possible.
Consumers may have access to alternative dispute-resolution procedures through ADR bodies recognized under applicable Italian and European rules.
PoliPrep will identify any specific ADR body to which it is subject where required by applicable law or where PoliPrep expressly agrees to participate.
The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is not used or referenced, as that platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.

Unless otherwise indicated, the PoliPrep website and its contents, including text, graphics, logos, visual elements, educational materials, videos, images, software, databases, mock examinations, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to PoliPrep and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, publication, commercial exploitation, or other use of protected PoliPrep materials is prohibited except where permitted by law or expressly authorized by PoliPrep.
The specific rights granted to users in relation to paid educational content are governed by the PoliPrep Terms of Service.

PoliPrep makes reasonable efforts to keep information on the website accurate and up to date.
However, information concerning university admissions, examination procedures, dates, eligibility requirements, scoring systems, and other external matters may change and may be determined by the relevant university, examination provider, public authority, or other third party.
Users should consult the relevant official source for legally authoritative information concerning an examination, university admission process, or other external requirement.
